as the developer of this former AstraZeneca manufacturing facility.
The development plan includes renovation of existing laboratory buildings
as well as the construction of four new buildings, each 90,000 square feet.
The new buildings have been designed by Gensler Associates to be flexible in
order to accommodate a wide range of uses. SIMEON will redevelop this
centrally located property into a multi-phase R&D Business Park with a
strategic focus towards the Life Sciences industry.
