Walnut Plaza El Segundo, California Project • Suburban Office Building • 122,800 Square Feet • Developed in 1984 Location • Walnut Boulevard at   Sepulveda Boulevard Major Tenants • Hughes Aircraft Space   and Communications   SIMEON Commercial Properties purchased this well located infill site, removed the existing structures and prepared to build a speculative office building with structured parking. During the design stage, SIMEON negotiated a lease with the Space and Communications Division of Hughes Aircraft for the entire building. SIMEON worked closely with Hughes during the tenant improvement process to add state-of-the-art electronics and security to the building.
