SIMEON Commercial Properties acquired and entitled two
vacant office sites adjacent to the Rowland Boulevard
interchange on Highway 101 in Northern Marin County. After
receiving entitlements from the City of Novato, SIMEON
developed two, three-story office buildings and a free
standing retail store, known as Rowland I & II. The office
buildings are designed with floor plates that are suitable
for both full floor users and multiple, smaller tenants.
Rowland I was leased during construction, while Rowland
II was leased shortly after construction was completed.
Staples leased the retail building prior to the start
