SIMEON is an organization of real estate operating companies and property partnerships that conducts business in San Francisco, California. The two primary operating companies are SIMEON Commercial Properties and SIMEON Residential Properties. The organization was founded in 1984 by J. Russell Pitto, a real estate lawyer who specialized in real estate securities, development and construction law.
