SIMEON Commercial Properties was selected as the master
developer for this site in a "Request for Proposal"
process with the Port of Oakland in 2000. Subsequently,
SIMEON worked closely with the Port of Oakland and the
City of Oakland to master plan and entitle this 23 acre
site for the development of a regional commercial center.
The development includes 245,000 square feet of
general retail tenants, retail shop space,
and restaurants (sit down and quick service). |
