DeVincenzi Building Burlingame, California Project • Build-to-Suit Office/   Manufacturing Building • 89,000 Square Feet • Built in 1993 Location • Rollins Road Adjacent   to Highway 101   SIMEON Commercial Properties parceled out this 3.5 acre site to market for build-to-suit development during the site planning for the Burlingame Business Center. Subsequently, SIMEON marketed the site to owner users and negotiated a build-to-suit lease with DeVincenzi Metal Works that included an option to purchase the property. SIMEON, along with its design and construction teams, worked with the owner of the company to successfully build a facility to meet their specifications. After completion of the building, DeVincenzi Metal Works exercised their option to purchase the property.
